Marae Project
Otaua Hokianga
Pukerata Marae is a project we had undertaken in Otaua Hokianga, it was a project that had been put forward to Kāpehu by recommendation of whānau. With this in mind the Kāpehu team undertook this project as a koha basis, where we committed our time, planning and resources at no charge.
We seen this as an opportunity to give back to our people .
Kāpehu undertook the geotechnical investigation, project management, design and execution of the project. This consisted of earthworks to drainage followed by the pavement construction and landscaping.
We were grateful to have had the opportunity to partake in this project and come out with the best possible results for the Pukerata Marae and its people.
